I'm trying to set up ICS over my home 56k (Shuddup) and when windows goes to reset my IP from 168.192.3.1 to 168.192.0.1 it says its already in use by another computer on my network! But the only other computer on my network has the IP of 168.192.3.2! Antone have any ideas
