Why can't they just sell the bare $299 playstation 2? All this bundle junk with a "free" 6 month subscription to electronic gaming monthly, I don't wan their dumb magazines :disgust:

it's not a bad magazine...but it's a magazine, which means all the info is generally a week or two behind and available online...except every now and again they'll hold something. They had Tony Hawk 3 on their cover and broke it before anyone else (online or print).

and I agree...bundles suck. especially a year and a half after the system is released.
