So my account is under Limited access until i verify some stuff.
1. I got to fax them bank statement
2. Confirm my address
So I fax them the bank statement, they email me back a week later and tell me i sent them a credit card statement for a diffrent name 😕 No i didnt, so i call them up, theyre like the account isnt yours,...well its my dads but thats the account you asked for...so then they asked me to get a notorized letter from my dad saying i could use his account...in the first place if im not supposed to use his account, then why am i aloud to sign up with it? So then i just end up adding my savings account to save me 20 bux on notary fees and a lot of paypal support hassel. Then they want to confirm my address by having their computer call me and i punch in a pin code...well the phone number i have in there is a trunk line of a pbx...i pickup the pbx fone thing, but it dosent do touch tone..lol...so then im screwed and wait for a week to do the snailmail version of the confirmation.
So then they email me today and say that they need tracking info on the transactions...ok so I email them. Then they email back saying they want copys of reciepts and invoices or somethin...gah...this is for stupid ebay transactions...they tracking says delivered...gosh.. Then they ask me for my id/passport copies....and statements for my credit cards attached to the account. Hell why do you need to see that, there has been no credit card activity for 3 years, let alone bank account activity with paypal. So yeah they keep saying they want this, then they want that, theres gottta be a simpler way to do this...cant i just drive down there and show you i frickin am a real person?
Well yeah so now i have to do all this stuff to get to MY money....gah....paypal 🙁 you have dissapointed me the first time.
Funny though, i called in and the guys like its because of the security complaint u have....im like uh ...which one..what u talkin about...hes like yah buyer complaint against u...then im like "read it again buddy" then he figures out it was a complaint from me to another seller...
well anyways my account is still on lockdown and i gotta send them all this crap...hell for packages i have tracking numbers, i gotta find the reciepts...(i didnt even ship it myself...bleh)
oh well i hope this gets resolved
