I'm going to be with the physical keyboard crowd. No matter which touchscreen I'm using, I guarantee I can type faster or more accurately with a physical keyboard. That's just a fact and it still to this day, makes me resent not having it any more. :(

Captivate Glide (Tegra2, ICS, AT&T)

Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G/Blaze Q (dual-Krait, ICS, T-Mo)

This is the answer. It's a bit below the S3, but it's a pretty modern phone otherwise.

I sold my touch screen phone and got a Blackberry Bold 9900, it might not have all the wiz bang features, but the keyboard's fricking awesome. Since I only use my phone to talk and text I see no reason to ever get rid of it. if it dies I'll order another. Sweet ass little phone.

An old Samsung Gravity here. Survived many a drop (even a couple onto concrete), and still kickin. Not bad for a $30 beater phone, and the full keyboard is awesome. For gaming on the side, I have a 3DS for that.

What would be nice is a slider smartphone with full keyboard that also allows you to write programs on the thing itself. But that will probably never happen. :|
