I purchased a Tissot watch about 9-10 months ago from a local store. A month ago it just stopped working. I took it into the store and they said something was broken and it would have to be sent in (and was covered under warranty). That was exactly a month ago. Today I receive a call saying that the stem was broken and it would need to be sent into Tissot under warranty.
Apparently, they first sent it to a local repair place who diagnosed the problem, and that took an entire month. I'm rather ticked at the moment as I don't see any reason why they would send it there first when it was going to be fixed by Tissot anyway. So now it will probably be ANOTHER month before I get my watch back.
*end rant*
