Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 @ stock (stock cpu cooler w/ Arctic Silver 5)
Asus P5N-E SLI
Corsair XMS2 DDR2-800 1GB
ATi X800GTO 256 MB (Catalyst Driver)
500 Watt PSU

so yah, i was watching youtube videos.. then it froze.
i was scanning for viruses... it froze.
i was playing CS1.6... it froze.

while playing CS1.6, the highest CPU temp (via Asus PCProbeII) was 46 Celsius.

helpp pleez


just wondering, is it possible for the CPU temperature to be wrong? where is the thermometer located, on the CPU itself or in the heatsink/fan? :lol:
 
how many hard drives and cdrom drives do you have? And what brand is that 500watt power supply?
