Grr...Gainward GF3TI200 not being detected

I'm putting together a new system with a Shuttle AK3GTR board and a Gainward GF3TI200. Everytime I boot to WinXP I can not change the adapter type. The Chip Type, DAC Type, Memory Size, Adapter String, and Bios Information all say <unavailable>. I can stick in my old GF2MX and WinXP picks it up fine.

What do you think? Is this a RMA candidate for the GF3TI200?
