I live in UK

i have my GCSE Mocks starting tomorrow..
but i was unable to revise for them this Christmas Holiday since i was not in the country.

However i got back 3 days ago, but just havent been able to concentrate.
i keep looking around on various forums, chatting to people that i dont even know very well,
watching TV etc..

Is there some method to concentrate?

Has anyone here done there, are they so important as they seem?
they are like preliminary exams to determine your final grade..

And since they are starting like NOW, is there still point in revising?
