Groups in Outlook 2002 Address Book?

I'm trying to organize my address book in Outlook 2002 by category, e.g. family, friends, teachers, etc. I know that in previous versions of Outlook and Outlook Express they had a group feature that did what I want, but I can't find it anymore. Does anyone know if there is still a way to do this?
 
I saw that but it doesn't appear to actually sort my address book, just puts those people into categories without really changing anything else.
