Group Texts not coming through

I'm in a group text on my iphone. There's one person in the group that I don't see any messages at all. For the others, there are many times that I just miss the text/picture. I changed my SIM card from T-Mobile and that didn't help at all.

Could it be an iPhone thing that I can take to the Apple store or is it a T-Mobile network thing that is screwing me up?

You don't get messages from that person or at all?

What does that person have? An Android phone?

EDC 2014 was a hell to manage because some idiot couldn't get his MMS working on his HTC One, so they wanted to resort to Snapchat instead of WhatsApp. But yeah, MMS tends to be more of an issue on Android phones as it can be improperly setup.
