Group simliar taskbar buttons

Hi guys,
I like the grouping feature, but when I have too many windows open, it collapses all of the windows for a given application into a single button. Is there a way to keep this feature enabled, but remove the collapsing? I don't like to click twice to open my windows! Thanks,
