Group Policy Snap-in

I'm trying to follow this to remedy slow login to domain

But I don't see any thing under Admin Templates. I followed MS technet (win2000 one)

but nothing there. (I'm using serv2003)

Where did I miss the step?

You may have already looked at this, but are you sure that you don't have a DNS issue?

I see this setting in the Group Policy Management area of my SBS 2003 Server, at exactly the location that you mentioned. Many times folks make the mistake of looking at a LOCAL policy, rather than Group policy.
