Group Policy Question

I'm trying to disable the preview pane (reading pane) on Outlook 2003 for all the users on a domain. There is a group policy that claims to do this, but when I set it to 'disable' the preview pane still works. If you have the administrative template for Outlook 2003 the policy is located here in the Group Policy Editor:

User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Microsoft Office Outlook 2003\Tools | Options\Other

All the other group policies I've set seem to work fine, but this one seems to do nothing. Any ideas?

This seems to be a common complaint. I've never used that Administrative Template, myself.

This UseNet post suggests that the Policy may not actually do what you might think it does....
