I am not a number…

I AM NOT AN ANIMAL

I would agree with #7 I came here in the early 2000s trying to Fix a Via chipset motherboard I had but once taken care of I didn't really come until years later I found Off topic and a couple years later P&N. I've gotten a lot of useful help here.

I am also in that tier but it's a boring tier to admit to be a part of.

Started my account for hardware discussions, mainly CPU and GPU forums...and FS/FT forums. Somehow got sidetracked into ATOT for a few years. Lately most of my time is spent in P&N, but I'll still peruse ATOT for interesting or amusing thread titles.

Coffee does it for me. One cup in the morning and everything moves like clockwork. 😉
That used to do it for me, but my anemia got a bit worse and now I'm on iron pills. I had to take a cap full five days a week for four months to keep shit going 😛.

Eat lots of veggies.
This. Drink more water, ease up on the animal protein.

Protips: don't eat food after 8pm. Skip yogurt and probiotics for an apple consumed entirely.

I eat about 4lbs of veggies a week and drink at least 64oz of filtered water a day and, I actually do eat one apple a day 😀 . I wasn't having any trouble till the damn iron pills came along.
I do eat animal protein (seafood, vegetable protein for shakes plus liverz). I had cut out most red meat (gotta have a good steak once and a while), but liver just really kills in when it comes to bioavailability.
