ok how can I ground myself while installing a mobo? I mean I can touch the case but both of my hands would be holding the mobo and putting it in..

also which screw do you use when you install a mobo? I'm not sure which one to use

Grounding is simply letting the static charge you've built up from doing things such as walking on carpeting, rubbing your clothes for some odd reason, etc. Just touching the metal alleviates the charge that you've built up to the point where an ESD shouldn't occur. After you touch the bare metal in your case just try not to move around unnecessarily, or if you do then just ground yourself again I suppose. Most people never experience and electro-static discharge so don't worry too much.

ok great thank you. I have no carpet in the house, so I haven't been worried about that. So say I touch my case for a minute, then is it ok to mount the mobo into my case? With both hands on the mobo.. thanks.

You only need to briefly touch the metal, you discharge at the rate electricity can move which with a tap should be enough, and yes once you are grounded it is safe to pick up the motherboard with both hands, still try to be delicate and only grab the edges if you can but that's not really a big deal, and static can build up from movement or contact with a lot of things.

Static builds mostly in lower humidity rather than higher. Still always be aware and follow their advice.
