Punxsy is a half hour from my house.
I've visited Phil at the library. I've worked in Punxsy extensively.
I've been to the Groundhog Festival a few times but never saw the pig come out of the hole.

The Festival isn't actually during the pig-pulling, it's during the summer.

The Polish festival in DuBois on Labor Day weekend would satiate your need for polka much better.
