Very nice. :) It was rather long and boring but I'm sure she could've watched it all day. Not a big deal to sit through it once...and it looks like there were a lot of friends there anyway.

No different than any other preview or ad that gets paid for.

If anyone had an issue with this I am sure the theatre would be just fine giving you your matinee money back.

We all know those above would just sit in angst though, not do a thing and have the event ruin their whole week thinking about how much a loser they are.

Well. He made it impossible for her to say no didn't he? It could have been bad for him if she did say no.

It looks like he rented the entire theater and everybody in the audience was friends/family from her reaction when he pointed up the row of seats and how everybody trooped down to congratulate her.
