Fired up the grill, went back inside to get the ground turkey mush (turkey, minced onion, worcestershire, season salt and parsley) for some turkey burgers, came back out... no more flame; out of gas.

No it's not. Those are fail charcoal grilling. The charcoal never reallly get's up to the right temp.
