Grilling Cheese Brats?

cook them in a metal foil deep pan with beer, green peppers, and onions. make sure its a dark beer. MMM MMMM GOOOOD>
 
Boil them a bit first before grilling. They'll still leak but not as much.

I always say brats are done with they start squirting 😉
 
The thought of putting brats on a grill fills me with exuberant joy... Unfortunately their parents might not be too happy about it and come after me via legal channels 🙁
