I was gonna have some bbq chicken breast burgers for lunch but

HOW DO I GET JUICY CHICKEN ON THE GRILL
(cooking for the office, and no want to be a shmuck)

Sear for 5 minutes on 1 side, 5 on the other over direct heat, then move to indirect heat for 5 minutes When over idirect heat, lay on the BBQ sauce.

To check doneness, cut and see if the juice runs clear.

Sound good? Or does anything think i should do it differently

Make sure not to overcook, flip every 4-5 minutes, don't let the flame get too hot and after about 15-18 minutes it should be done all the way.

I boil my chicken breasts first and then throw them on the grill for ~ 10 minutes on a low heat. It helps to keep them juicy since they don't need to be on the grill so long.

Brushing some oil (ollive oil.. whatever..) onto the breasts as you cook them helps keep them juicy. Don't overdo the oil.

i like to spray the grill with a nonstick spray first, then, i will put the chicken breasts in a bowl/bag of italian dressing to marinate them and give them a bit of flavor. This keeps them very juicy too.

DONT OVER COOK THEM, they will taste like rubber if you do. Don't keep touching them or moving them once they are on the heat or you won't get the good grill marks. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving them so their juices can distribute back into the meat!
enjoy :)

I brush/wipe olive oil on the hot grill grate (similar to spraying with nonstick spray). It does 2 things.. keeps from sticking and gives some really nice sear marks.

Use Reynolds Wrap Release non-stick Grill Sheets. Seriously. They're pretty cheap and work amazingly well for grilling things that normally stick to the grill. And bring an instant-read thermometer and check the temperature, don't cut into them to check for doneness. Otherwise, you're right, direct heat on each side for a short time, then indirect heat and add bbq sauce.

Low-med heat. Flip once. Marinate if you want. I haven't cooked dry chicken on a barbeque ever.
