I was thinking about gettin a Griffin radioshark in order to record my favorite radio shows, burn them, and listen to them on an mp3 player or CD player the next day.

If you've never heard of the radioshark, check out...

Anyone have any comments on a USB peripheral that records radio??? It looks too good to be true.

I found this (very mixed) review on Amazon... Anyone ever try this thing?

C'mon, anandtechers. I KNOW someone is dying to comment...

I used to do this back in the 60s with FM-Stereo broadcasts using a stereo tape deck. I can still do that today,, then convert the tape to MP3 and burn a disk. Sounds like we are sort of reinventing a simple wheel. 🙂

They're improving the wheel, not reinventing it. 😉

That's like saying a Betamax is the same as a TIVO since they have similar functions.

Yeah - but not quite the same. Never fell for Betamax - and likewise, never fell for TIVO. 🙂

For the past 50 years I have always been able to record radio broadcasts - and that technology keeps getting better and better as well.

I'm not knocking this entrepreneurial way that someone has figured out to make a buck - just amused. 🙂
