I think I read that (can be) a steroids thing, causes muscles to get stronger but not as flexible, and thus they tend to injure easier? Would make sense with all his injuries. Or maybe he's just fragile.

It's a shame ,really. One of the most talented athletes of the past 20 years. Junior was basically expected to shatter the HR record, easily go down as one of the best baseball players EVER... and then all these injuries. 🙁
