Is Grid 3 really being released tomorrow (4-22-14?) Tomorrow is my birthday and if it is really is being released I am going to go all out finding it.

Also, when is Roller Coaster Tycoon 4 coming out? RTC 3 isnt compatible with Windows 8.1 and really wasnt made for even Vista . When is RTC 4 for PC coming out? It came out for iOS and Android a few days ago.

And is there going to be a new Bioshock game? I recall the latest one is Bioshock Infinite and that was released in 2012-2013. I dont remember nor I care.

LMAO well good luck to them. They never fixed the annoying game breaking bugs in 2. I don't see many people picking up 3.

No, RCT 4 comes out on MOBILE devices in the summer. The PC version will release near the end of the year, and will be a different game, they've said. Also, I think my sister played RCT 3 Platinum on her Windows 8 PC, I'm almost positive it was after she upgraded from 7.

No way GRID 3 is coming out tomorrow. It makes no financial or economic sense to suddenly release an AAA-quality title with no marketing beforehand. Very few publishers/developers would actually be able to get away with that.

They're probably just announcing GRID 3. That teaser video was just an announcement of an announcement (because it's popular to announce announcements these days  ). Might not even be that; maybe it's an expansion for GRID 2 or something. I will eat my hat if GRID 3 is actually released and playable tomorrow.

That said, I am one of the few people who actually really likes GRID 2 as a racing game.

If you don't care, then why would you ask about?

Enjoyed the first GRID. Played like 2 races from the second and never played again. The last racing game I really liked was Burnout Paradise ultimate box. EA made sure to come in and ruin that whole deal by bastardizing it into some stupid NFS game. Should have simply been a new burn out game. They got rid of tricks and stunts and everything.
Basically, EA rolled on up and said, "OK listen up. We have a team of DERPS who are combing through burnout to find anything and everything fun about the game. Those things will be removed forever. Get to work".

Announcement trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I5RIoJgfQJg

More information from the Codies blog: http://blog.codemasters.com/grid/04/introducing-grid-autosport/

Since it's a long blog post, here's a copy-and-pasted summary of the things they're doing with GRID: Autosport.

1. Codemaster had acknowledged that they had made some bad decisions in Grid 2 which resulted a poorer quality game so Grid Autosport is set to fix some of Grid 2's problems such as bringing back cockpit views. Instead of one cockpit view, Grid Autosports has 2 different cockpit views: The first one is on the driver seat, the second one is on the centre of the dashboard.
2. They promised that the physics of the new game will be more towards the simulation spectrum while it remains fun and still easily accessible. It will be authentic, akin to Grid 1 but not as difficult or clinical to play like Assetto Corsa and iRacing. At the same time, each car will be tuned differently as a touring car like a Ford Focus BTCC will handle differently from a Formula 3.
3. There will be different classes of cars that ranges from Touring Cars, GT, Single-Seaters, Muscle Cars, Drift, Supercars, Hypercars, Time Attack, Prototypes and others. Also, different game modes like Endurance that you have to manage your tire wear, tightly packed touring car races and racing through claustrophobic roads with street cars. In short, Autosports is closer to Grid 1 or TOCA 3 than Grid 2 that focuses mainly on street races with mostly high performance stock cars.
4. Confirmed tracks so far are: Hockenheim, Sepang, San Francisco, Jarama and Yas Marina. Much more tracks are featured in the game where Codemaster claimed that they have 22 locations with a combined route list that totals over 100. They also claimed that circuits made up the bulk of the tracks despite offering street tracks. No sign that Live Routes from Grid 2 is coming back.
5. Career wise, you will be allowed to play as a professional racing driver where you’ll be able to join and switch teams, fulfil sponsor demands and beat rivals. Also, the well loved team mate feature from Grid 1 is back with a new feature that you can command your team mate to defend its position or move up the positions with a single button press. Apparently you can also request information from your team engineers. There will be multiple racing discipline in the new game where you can choose what you like to play and ignore the rest that you do not enjoy, similar to Grid 1.
6. There will be practise rounds and qualifying before each race. Qualifying determines your starting position so no more RNG starting position.
7. Cars will have tunable parts such as brake bias, differential, downforce, gears, ride height and suspension at both the front and back.
8. Multiplayer wise, Racenet is back with new features like ability to create race clubs and race under the same team with friends. Also have similar weekly challenges as Grid 2.

They really need to step it up with the Career mode. I loved the driving in Grid 2, but ultimately stopped playing because I didn't like how unlocks and progression were handled. Also, Grid 2 felt more repetitious than Grid 1.

They obviously didn't learn enough. No mention of Derby mode. The only real reason to play it :D

All I know is if there is a GRID 3 coming I hope it's better than GRID 2, which was terrible to say the least.
