i'm surprised. it looks a lot better watching it on HDTV than on regular TV. i wouldn't have thought it would make that much of a difference.

i got a new hdtv setup, show still is lame, but football, discovery, hbo all look fantastic

the asian girl and her boyfriend had an awkward date that ended up saving somones life.

an old lady came in for gall stones and was diagnosed with terminal cancer.

derek and ellen pompeo's character are still flirting kind of.

no sh1t. i still didn't believe it would make that much of a difference, but it seems to draw you in more than regular tv does. the extra width to the sides must make it more realistic to the mind.

with regards to NFL etc, sure it helps with NFL, but it's not just about what you can see consciously i think, i think it's just the overall impression.
