If you're shooting RAW on a newer (10MP+) camera, 4GB cards at minimum; I have a couple 8GB cards for my D300. I don't like swapping cards after taking <100 pictures.

Well I'm still here due to my 14 hour layover. As an added bonus, I contracted some sort of food poisoning, and have spent the last 6 hours running to the bathroom. Just got done with a visit from a doctor who gave me some meds, so lets hope it all works out.
22gigs is everything. Attempted artistic shots, random crap to help me remember the trek and attempted panoramas.
I tried a 50 shot panorama at 200mm of Annapurna 3, so we'll see if I missed a square or if it will all stitch together. Stay tuned.

Have a safe trip back! I flew through Delhi a few years back...get a few Cuban cigars to pass the time 😉 Hopefully that massive pano will work out....but you will need some serious supercomputer to piece it together at full resolution. Can't wait to see your pics!
