Greenzap.com legit make money site?

So my friend sends me this new site greenzap.com that seems to be legit. Is it? You get paid for referrals crap stuff.

Please, don't fall into that trap. There's a lot of sites like it that have referrals and such. All of us here are sick of junk e-mails and referral links and we frown upon them without hesitation. Do not become another spam drone.

"The Bureau has several concerns about this company. They do not provide a physical address or phone number on the website, they are asking for money to set up accounts that can not yet be accessed (claiming availability sometime in Summer 2005), and they are asking consumers to provide them with their bank account and credit card information. In addition, the Bureau was unable to find a corporation registered in the State of California under the name GreenZap Inc. One of the phone numbers for the company appears to be a cell phone number registered in the State of New York, the other a cell phone in New Jersey."
