Green Tea Extract

Anyone take Green Tea extract for weight loss or for anti=oxidative properties? How are the results? I just ordered some with my Whey purchase. I'm going to be cutting soon and could use a natural aid in losing bodyfat.

No. I drink several cups of real green tea a day, though. I didn't like the taste at first, but I got used to it and like it a lot. Very calming.

I drink probably 3-6 cups of tea a day depending on my mood. I generally drink a lot of Gyokuro, Sencha (it's cheaper), or Chinese gunpowder with a little mint.

Taking an extract misses the whole point of tea, in my opinion. I haven't heard much about weight-loss with tea extract.

I just recently ordered some Matcha Green Tea powder imported from Japan. I've had matcha in some drinks (like at Jamba Juice) and figured I might try adding it to my vanilla protein shakes. It hasn't come yet though, so who knows how it will turn out.

I thought I would like green tea, because it was okay at Japanese restaurants. I absolutely love black tea, but since green is healthier, I thought I'd try it and bought some Stash green
tea. Oh my god that stuff is naaaaasty. Like eating lawn clippings

Nope, have not thought about it. Personally I'm more interested in taking 4-hydroxyphenyl ethenylbenzene as a nutritional supplement, but maybe that's something to consider 🙂

Ha, I used to drink roughly 8 cups a day of green tea as well. The extract is much more concentrated. Oh well, I'll check elsewhere I guess.
