I just discovered this wonderful brew as an excellent alternative to drinking diet coke or coffee while at work. It keeps me awake and I feel less gassy and hungry.

Right now I use:
Numi - Temple of Heaven Certified Organic Pure Gunpowder Green Tea
and
Yogi Tea - simply Green Tea also organic

What else can you say about this dazzling brew?

Then you heard WRONG!!

Tea (or anything with caffeine) is actually a mild diuretic - it causes dehydration.

Kroger's brand, $0.99 / box.

Since it's lighter in color than black tea, I hope it causes less teeth staining.

We have that flavor in our office, I trird it once and taste so bad. The box is still almost full apparently no one likes it.

We buy either Lipton Decaf or hard to remember asian brand decaf. 8 bags in boiling water. Add that to make a gallon and into the fridge. Great stuff, quenching, cold, cheaper than soda with no fat, cals (significant), etc.

The trick is to combine it yourself.... only leave the peppermint in for a short time, just to give it a little minty kick... and then leave the green tea bag in for strong flavor... but bear in mind I drink all my tea without any cream or sugar... so if you like to dress your tea alot this might not be as good.
