Green screen

Test it on a different computer. If it's still green, the monitor or cable are going to crap. If not, the monitor, cable or the video card in the original computer are going to crap.
 
most likely your monitor cables are loose connected to the vid card. mine turns green if i bump my cables cause they arent screwed in

does your monitor have independent color adjustment channels? it could be a prank 😀 by some friend. Otherwise, one of your tubes in the monitor decided to quit so your showing green. Bad cable, missing pins, software adjusters (adobe, 3dtruecolor, other apps) can change hues and tones of your display.
