Green screen when recording from VCR

I just got my Leadtek Winfast TV2000 XP card today, and I'm trying to capture video from a tape onto my computer. Whenever I try to capture though, I just get a green screen with some static at the top. This is an example:

I hit play on the VCR, start capturing, and this is what I get. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, does anyone have any suggestions? I'm using the WinFast PVR software that came with the card.
 
I believe the included drivers with the Leadtek capture cards are pretty much useless. Download them from their website, that should fix it.
