I ordered FALLOUT 3: Game of the Year edition and they sent me the key for the DLC Broken Steel...

Now WHY would I order a DLC for $4.99 when I can get the Game of the Year edition on sale that INCLUDES the DLC for $4.99

What recourse do I have?

It seems to be a known issue.

Next to "Login" on their web-site, click on "Support", and look at the known threads in their knowledge base (I prepared a direct link to it but it doesn't seem to be working for some odd reason). Perhaps wait until the 31st to see if you'll receive your key. If not, perhaps contact their support to let them know that - if anything - you did not order the Broken Steel DLC and you're simply waiting (and wanting) the Fallout 3 GOTY key instead.

Email them and see what they say?

They'll be able to see:
1) Your order for FO3 GOTY
2) Your key - which they'll be able to identify as a DLC code

So they'll likely issue you a GOTY code, not care about the DLC code and probably apologise profusely.

I lost my FitBit One. It popped out of it's clip holder whilst I was somewhere between work and home. Emailed them, they asked for my receipt... I didn't notice at the time but I was ~4 months outside of warranty and they're sending me a new one out free of charge.

Not every company thinks everyone is BS'ing them for freebies. Tell the truth and any good company should see you alright and GMG seem alright.

Thank you very much for your ticket.

I can see you have recently purchased:

Unfortunately we are unable to swap this title for another or offer a refund as key has already been sent to your account.

If GMG doesn't make this right OP, then you can count me out too. That's pretty crappy of them.

I'd provide them with that information, and try to avoid using all caps and combative language. If your order history clearly shows what you bought, and you inform them, and possibly show them a screenshot or email that backs you up, you will likely get help.

Once you start being combative, they are far less likely to listen, so you need to be calm and patient.
