Green Machine

The Green Machine

I don't remember the Green Machine looking like that. I remember it looking
more plastic and the controls were on the side.

Did they improve the design? The last green machine I saw was when I was a kid in the 70's

Cheers,
Aquaman

Do you mean "Big Wheels" which had a lever on the side to lock up one of the back wheels to do power slides?

I wore out many of those.

BTW, the Green Machine in your link is what I always remember as THE "Green Machine". They were more expensive than "Big Wheels" which is why I never rode one 🙁

I loved my big wheel but I hated the stupid plastic tires that gave no traction.

Yep. You could never ride it uphill; they were fun to surf downhill though.

I used to have demolition derbys with my brother. we'd ride at each other full speed and crash. you got bonus points if you were able to get around to the side for a leg shot 😉

For all the dumbasses that can't figur eout to drag and drop... stop wasting bandwidth psoting about your lack of simple PC knowledge. Original link works fine.

And to answer the question, yes they changed it. Used to have a normal steering bar like other big wheels and such and wasn't quite that long. I was expeccting a picture of one of those carpet cleaning vaccum things though. heh.
