Green halo on rapidly moving text with 2407FPW-HC

So I just picked up one of the 2407 HCs a few days ago and I've noticed that it seems to have a green halo around text when it moves really fast (ie when I drag a window around quickly).

Any ideas? Is this a returnable type thing? I've tried switching the DVI ports around (I run dual monitors). It's weird, but I only see it in Internet Explorer.

That's the overdrive for the quick refresh on the pixels. Either get used to it or switch to a TN panel and live with crappy image quality. Seeing as how you bought the HC I don't think that's an option for you. If you want to spend MORE money, I think the NEC SIPs don't do this but have no experience with them as they're 2-4x the price.

I've gotten used to it... on the other hand both of my 2407WFPs (non-HC) do it less now that they're older. (~5months each)

I changed the color preset from PC to MAC and it seems to have almost disappeared. I can't really see it anymore.

Except now you'll have an inexplicable desire to purchase products that either start with the letter "i" or include a color description that contains the name of a fruit.
