Green Cold Cathode Tube Recommandations?

I want one with a switch on the back only (no voice activated unless it can be turned off) but this will be in my bedroom so I dont want to have the lights on all the time and dont want to have to open the case to turn them off and I see some have a PCI bracket looking switch but I wasnt sure if they allow for a switch to be mounted there. This is my first cold cathode so I dont want to buy something that wont work.

Going in either a Kingwin KT-424-BK or Lian Li PC-65.
