Green blocks/bars on display

Recently I have been having light green blocks/bars appearing on my computer at boot and during the entire course of operation. At first it only occured during games ie. UT2004 but now even on the post screen these blocks occur. Strange though when I am in the BIOS screen they do not appear. I have run a virus scan with no viruses detected. Reinstalled the latest video card drivers and motherboard drivers including latest bios. Hooked up my moniter to another PC and it works fine. I thought it was a WinXP issue but I do not believe that anymore because the problem no occurs during POST. Any ideas?

Win XP Pro

DOH! time to hit up ebay or ask a friend for a card. just get any cheap card. get a gf2 or something. does your comp with on-board video have an agp port? try the card out on there and see if it gets those lines.
 
my old heap is a PII 350 without an agp slot...ugh
looks like I may have to send in my video card to Hercules since it has a 3 year warrenty
