I was at the 1998 playoff game between the Vikings and Falcons when Gary Anderson missed a field goal, after he had set an NFL record that season for consecutive field goals. :| Found out, our season tickets had been selected for Super Bowl tickets too. I would have been at the Super Bowl that year, had the Vikings won. :|

BWHAHAHAHA!!!

<--Packers fan.

Packers went far this year.

BWWWHAHAHAHAH. :p

December 1st of this year when Wake Forest played at Illinois. Wake was #1 and we were #3, and we just ran them out of the gym. :D Was so fun being in the student section for that.

I went to the Packers vs Titans Monday Night Football game this year. That sucked big time...

The Wisconsin vs Minnesota football game this year was probably the most fun I've had at a sporting event though.

Wow. I'm so jealous. I wish I were there. Go Illini!

I was at Game 2 of that series, when the Cubs blew out the Marlins. If Dusty Baker hadn't left Prior in that game so long, perhaps he wouldn't have broken down in Game 6...

Anyway, the following 2 are the greatest sporting events I've witnessed:

The final stage of the 2000 Tour de France.

The last game ever in Chicago Stadium, a charity game sponsored by Scottie Pippen in 1994. Jordan was retired, but he played in the game and scored 52 points! He famously kissed the floor at the end of the game.

Playoff game Lakers vs Kings, this was a few years ago at Staples. My wife got 6 free tickets to the Sempra energy suite and they sprang for dinner as well. That was a great time!

I've also been to a Kings game, many Lakers games, a couple Clippers games, Dodgers, Padres, Raiders, Rams, Chargers and Buffalo Bills games. Oh, and I go to the Long Beach Grand Prix pretty much every year for the past 14 years. I have some great photos of Juan Pablo Montoya from his years in CART.

saw the NCAA final four in '82 when a freshman named Jordan hit the game winner. UNC 63, Georgetown 62.

Then saw Super Bowl XXVIII in '94, Dallas 30, Buffalo 13.
