Pantera's Live 101 Proof, is sort of a greatest hits album and it's friggin' awesome.
Alice in Chains Unplugged is also very good, sort of a greatest hits album.

Sales-wise, the Eagle's Greatest Hits is the number one selling album of all time, ahead of Wacko Jacko's "Thriller".
