Just wanted to express how quick and attentive Lexar is at their customer support. I got 1gb JumpDrive as a gift from my cousin in one of my trips to California. The drive suddenly died on me after just four months. And i do take care of it. I applied for an RMA and got a response the next day. And they updated me through all the processes day after day.

Well, i just got the drive back today and i gotta give props to them.
It took five days to courier it but hey, Im in the Philippines.

My aunt was visiting from the states so i had her bring it back with her and ship it from there. I guess whatever it costs to courier from SanFo to Duncan,SC. The cost from here though was about the same price as getting a new one so that's around what Lexar incurred (or less) shipping it back.
