Applied for an RMA on Dec.23 with Memofix (Seagate Canada warranty people), but I didn't get a chance to send it out before the 10day "RMA is valid for" period. Emailed Memofix and they extended the RMA for me.
Barrracuda IV 80gig sent out Jan.8. via XpressPost + signature delivery.
I got my replacement B IV today. 8 days later. Looks like a new drive too
The warranty also got bumped from ending either Jan.14 or 18 until April 11
