Great places to buy monitors?

I'm interested in picking up a Samsung 2443BWT-1 (or 2443BWT-TAA-1 if it's the only thing available).

However, I'm a member of the '1 dead pixel = defective' crew, and apparently most US retailers(online or otherwise) do not subscribe to that world view. I'm looking for a reputable US retailer that would accept an exchange if I found that my display was shipped with dead pixels.

I don't really mind paying a little bit extra for the peace of mind, but obviously the lower the price the better.

Can any of you suggest any places that I should watch or buy this monitor from?

Notes:
-B&H was highly recommended. However, they don't allow returns on monitors if the box is opened (verified by a sales rep). So much for "satisfaction guarantee".
-TigerDirect has a pretty good 30-day return policy on tagged items, but doesn't carry the monitor I'm looking for.
-Newegg has a terrible monitor return policy.

Thanks for the input!
