Great...my first error messages

Firstly, a couple of minutes I was getting the dreaded "Jrun" errors, which stopped after about 20 seconds.

Now, I'm getting the following error message:

Oh...so any ideas why it happened? I had the browser auto-refreshing, and it wouldn't give me the page back. I had to close all 8 tabs I had open on various other forums/sites too to get this one back working again. 🙁
