Ya that was sakuraba who got his clavicle popped out, he was fighting wanderlei silva for the 3rd time... and lost for the 3rd straight time.

It looked worse then it was actually, his head never hit the floor in that position as hard as it is to believe. After that slam he got back up and whooped his ass

Man, Saku was one of my favorites. It seems as if he just tanked out at some point.
