Was cleaning the house and pulled a muscle in my neck and shoulders😕 Ok, its true I clean the house like a maniac, but still😛

Now I look like a cripple all hunched over. I cant move my neck or head without a sharp stabbing pain in between my shoulder blades...ugh Charlie Brown.

Am I suppose to put heat or cold on it?

I have a bell tower if you're interested in rent-free housing (and you don't mind the occassional train passing by).

What a coincidence...we cleaned our apartment yesteday and I did the same thing. My shoulder is still sore.
