Great, it finally stopped snowing this week, now we get freezing rain.

Took the power out this morning too. I'm always paranoid that something like that is going to kill my computer. Even with the surge suppressor and stuff.

Oh well. I just heard the weather forcast on the radio too. More snow. Damn I so need to move.

But you're the one who wants to move to Northern Virginia. Actually, this winter isn't much better than the weather that N.Y. is getting. We had a brief period of freezing rain (actuall pea-sized hail) about half an hour ago. Plus, last weekend, we received 22" of snow. Additionally, flooding is now a problem for the D.C. metro area. Yesterday, the roof of a Toys "R" Us store caved in due to the snow/water weight in addition to the roof structure at a local elementary school. Plus, several stores had to be vacated (including a Wal-Mart) due to the weakened roof support systems.

I think winter as a whole, pretty much sucks this year - regardless of where you live.

It's only another month until Spring for those of use who live in warmer climates. For those who live in Ontario, it could take much longer.

it rained last night here in NE ohio until like 11pm then when i woke up at 10 there was a good 4 inches of new snow on the ground and at 15degrees F, with a windchill id estimate of around -15 if not less, and huge snow drifts and ice everywhere

we were SUPPOSE to get the freezing rain (would have been better) but instead it snowed SO much last night that it didn't even look like I shoveled the driveway when I got home. another foot and a half of snow. our small snowblower couldn't even clear the snow, it was being buried... stupid winter... I want summer back now.
