Great "How does a differential work?" Video

My wife has asked me before how a differential worked on a car... but I was at a loss for an explanation because I wasn't totally sure myself. This video is an excellent resource to show non gear-heads how a differential operates on a vehicle. Now, my question is, seeing as this is an older video, do differentials still work this way today?
