WinDriver Expert is FREEWARE

It provides you the easy and fast detection and backup
of the entire hardware device drivers currently on your system.
Just one or two mouse button clicks, you will have all your hardware
devices detected and backed up to any folder you want.

Also a INF device script installer is included.

DL it here (works on W98 and XP)

this sounds great for non-pnp machines that you've had to install plenty drivers for.

I tried two of these links. Both are zip files, but one is 995 Kb and the other is 346 Kb.

Why the difference?

Any Thoughts?

Not accusing here, mind you, but didn't this come from the LangaList newsletter? Always good to spread the word elsewhere, of course, but if what I am asking is true, please give credit where it's due.

By the way, I can safely say that this is one of --if not THE-- best utility I've ever used. Get it.

Nice small program. I'm not sure about the other versions but if you have 1.10 don't click the update. Pops from hell.

The later, smaller version (1.7?) is freeware.

This program r0xx0rz j00 b0xx0rz!!!1!

I mean, it is very useful in a broad technical sense.

Thanks for the great find!
