I plan on playing the latest games and if the 8800 gt comes down to a reasonable price I may get that instead. I just want to know if all my parts are compatible and if I should change anything. I do not need a OS already have that. I plan to buy a nice LCD at a future date but I already have a 17 inch crt to hold me over.

I'd swap the OCZ 600w PSU for a 50-60$ antec earthwatts or corsair 450vx. The money saved there will allow you to buy a HD3870 instead, or perhaps a 8800gt. Besides that, looking hot. You 'could' swap the e6750 for a e2140 or so and OC the hell out of it, and save some more money. You will need a somewhat decent cooler, but that could save you 100$.

^ Good advice. 600 watts is overkill anyway!

I'd swap the E6750 for a E2150 and overclock it, personally. Then spend the extra $$$ on upgrading to an 8800GT.
