GreaseMoneky Script for Direct linking to a post in a thread

This is a grease monkey script for firefox that adds a link that goes directly to the post in a thread. The link is added right after the time of the thread in the header. It was created by Alone and I modified it.

See here Pics courtesy of Alone
Download Linky

As a bonus, it can create the link as the cookie icon if you want 😛 See the code to check it out.

If you have any comments or additional features, post 'em and Alone and I will see what we can do 🙂

GreaseMonkey scripts rock. I have a couple that run AT that strip out a lot of stuff I don't want to see. I'll try to remember to post them up here when I get home.

I don't use the whole top part of the website so I might write one to collapse it.

Thanks for updating your script Evadman

I used to use Notfred's script to get rid of the sidebar & a bunch of other stuff on the old forums. It created a dropdown menu for the catagories to navigate. If something like that could be done now, that would be great.

Yeah I am hoping someone updates that one. if I get a few spare hours then I will do it but at the moment it doesn't look like I will have the time.

No need. There's a built in "hide" button. 😀

I guess my post was a little unclear after re-reading it. The dropdown menu for navagation was what i was getting at. I've been using the "Hide" feature but it unfortunatelty hides the forum catagories.
