GRE score reporting

Say I take a subject test this April, and the general test later this year. Will the scores for the second test I take be sent to the schools I designated when I signed up for the subject test?

I'm pretty sure the answer is no, but I just wanted to be sure. I'm going to cancel all the schools I designated for the subject test since I'm going to have to have scores sent again when I take the general test anyway, and score reports are cumulative.

??? Cancel the schools with the subject test? You mean stop applying? You can only cancel the test scores the day you take them (at least for the general as well as the LSAT). As for the score requests you designate them on the computer in the general test each time you take it, so yes.

Uh, I'm not sure what you're saying. I'm still applying, but since I'm going to have to have scores sent again when I take the general test, it seems like it would be better to have them both sent together when I take the general test. I registered for the subject test online, and they sent me a form for making corrections.

OP you are correct. the score reports are cumulative and only report what has ALREADY been taken. while it wouldn't hurt to just have the subject test scores reported (it's free up to a certain number of schools) if you want to just send one report to each school i would cancel the score reporting for the subject test and only report them after the general test.

good luck!
