I'm currently in NYC, so i might be dropping by a few stores to check out the electronic goods. So far i know that warranties are a bit iffy, and mostly are not covered by the manufacturer. But, i have also heard that stores like B&H in nyc have warranties of their own.

Sooo, what can i expect in terms of pricing for things like cameras and car stereos?
 
dont know about car stuff but the camera lens i just ordered from B&H was 200$ cheaper for the grey version
